Exit at Harrison Avenue, going west toward Rockford. Take Harrison past the CherryVale shopping center, turn right, going north, at Perryville Road. Take Perryville to State Street. Turn left, going west, on State. OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center is approximately one mile west of this intersection, on the right.

From the West: Take Business 20 east through Rockford. Or, take Bypass 20 to Alpine Road. Exit, going north. Take Alpine to State Street. Turn right. OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center is approximately two miles east of this intersection, on the left.
